Meet your team

Our Company Director and Founder, Kim Boylett, began her legal journey in 2005 at a Hertfordshire-based law firm before moving on to two successful firms in London and Essex. She brings her trademark warmth and straightforward attitude to every matter at Boyletts Law, ensuring she meets each client’s individual needs with clear, tailored advice.

Kim’s approach to legal advice has been recognised across the industry. In 2024 she was shortlisted for the Female Trailblazer of the Year award at the Modern Law Awards. Additionally, Boyletts Law was shortlisted in the Solicitor Firm of the Year (South) category at the British Wills & Probate Awards 2021. Kim was also honoured in 2019 with a Highly Commended Private Client Lawyer of the Year Award at the CILEx National Law Awards.
