Due to expansion, we are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Residential Property Team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to build on their experience and grow with the firm.
We pride ourselves on our outstanding client care. Therefore, you will need to be personable, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a sense of initiative.
Being part of the Boyletts Law team will require you to have the below skill set:
- Minimum two years PQE including experience dealing with both freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions
- Have fantastic communication skills and be able to communicate the complexities of the law to lay clients with ease
- Have excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Business development skills and a desire to be involved with business development initiatives
- Have very good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Be well-organised and able to work as part of a team
- Be proactive and self-motivated
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding your billing / time recording targets
